AijaTechs, LLC provides custom HTML development, content management system (CMS) websites, managed
hosting, domain registration and DNS, IT administration and support, and SEO and performance
optimization to small businesses, non-profits, and solo owners. All clients of AijaTechs, LLC are
subject to the following Terms of Service.

Use our services lawfully and at your own risk; you are responsible for the content you supply.
Invoices are due on receipt and no later than 5 days after the invoice date.
Hosting has a 30-day money-back guarantee; completed design, development, and other services are not
refundable.
Please review all proofs carefully before approving your work.
Accounts that break the acceptable use rules or fall behind on payment may be suspended.

1. Indemnification & Service Usage Policy
Risk Acknowledgment: You agree to use all AijaTechs, LLC services and facilities at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties: AijaTechs, LLC specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall AijaTechs, LLC be liable for any loss of
data or commercial damage, including special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification: The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, save, and hold AijaTechs, LLC harmless
from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims (including reasonable attorney's
fees) asserted against AijaTechs, LLC, its agents, customers, officers, and employees that may
arise or result from: – Any service provided, performed, or agreed to be performed by the
customer, its agents, employees, or assigns. – Any injury to person or property caused by products
sold or distributed in connection with AijaTechs, LLC's servers. – Any material supplied by the
customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party, including
copyright infringement. – Any defective products sold to the customer from AijaTechs, LLC's
servers.
Policy Enforcement: AijaTechs, LLC reserves the right to intervene with any website hosted on its
servers in the interest of its clients and shall be the sole judge of what constitutes a policy
violation.
2. Billing & Payments
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued prior to and upon completion of work for website design,
hosting, and maintenance services.
Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt and no later than five (5) days following the invoice
date.
Hosting Billing Cycles: Hosting plans are billed on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis
depending on the selected plan.
Domain Name Expiration: If a domain expires due to non-payment, associated website and email
services will cease functioning. Expired domains typically become available for re-registration
after 24 to 72 hours.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via PayPal, as well as
phone payments via Square.
3. Late Payments, Default, & Fees
Account Default & Service Suspension: Accounts unpaid five (5) days after the invoice due date
are considered in default. AijaTechs, LLC reserves the right to suspend sites and services when
payments are 5 days past due.
Termination: If an account remains in default for ten (10) days past the invoice due date,
AijaTechs, LLC may, at its discretion, terminate the website and all associated services.
Restoration Fee: Any client requesting site restoration following a default suspension/termination
will be charged a restoration fee billed at $50.00/hour for re-uploading site images, programming,
and textual content.
Delinquent Accounts: Continued payment delinquency may require 100% advance payment based on an
estimate prior to initiating any future work.
Returned Checks: Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $38 service charge, and the
account will immediately be placed in default status until full payment is made.
Collection Costs: Customers with accounts in default agree to pay all reasonable expenses —
including attorney's fees and third-party collection agency costs — incurred by AijaTechs, LLC in
enforcing these Terms and Conditions.
4. Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Hosting Only): If you are dissatisfied with hosting services within
the first 30 days of service, you are eligible for a full refund. (Special promotional offers may
have varying terms.)
Design & Development Cancellation: Clients may receive a partial refund for web design or
development services if requested within five (5) days of the project start date. In such cases,
the client will be invoiced at $35.00/hour for design work completed up to the cancellation notice
date, payable within ten (10) days.
Non-Refundable Services: – Completed web design and development services – Website maintenance –
Domain name registration fees – Add-on services and e-commerce setups – Marketing services, IT
support, and custom programming – Hosting services beyond the initial 30 days
5. Guarantee of Work
While we make every effort to ensure our work is error-free, the client is ultimately responsible
for carefully reviewing all proofs and verifying that all content, formatting, and information are
correct prior to final approval. This applies to custom HTML sites, CMS builds, hosting and domain
configuration, and any IT administration or SEO work we perform.
6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
All services provided by AijaTechs, LLC may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission,
storage, or presentation of any data or material in violation of U.S. Federal, State, or Local
laws is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Content & Activities: – Copyrighted material or material protected by trade secrets
without proper authorization. – Threatening, obscene, fraudulent, or harassing content. – Adult
content or pornography of any description (including hardcore images and sexually explicit
advertising). – Hacking, cracking, Warez, or IRC-related content. – Unauthorized
hosting/distribution of software, audio, or video downloads without copyright ownership or
explicit distribution rights.
Enforcement: Offending content or accounts will be suspended from our network promptly upon
discovery. We will notify you of the reason for suspension.
No Refunds for AUP Violations: Accounts suspended due to AUP or content violations are not
eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Service Interruptions: You acknowledge that services may be interrupted due to causes beyond our
direct control. AijaTechs, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from system downtime,
crashes, service availability, or server outages.
Data Loss: AijaTechs, LLC is not responsible for claimed damages resulting from data corruption or
deletion from our servers.
Liability Cap: In any event, AijaTechs, LLC's liability for its own negligence shall not exceed
the total fees paid by the subscriber during the period the damages occurred.
Third-Party Services: Certain services, equipment, routing, and software used by AijaTechs, LLC
are resold or provided by third parties. AijaTechs, LLC holds no responsibility for client account
usage or third-party service failures.
Policy Modifications: AijaTechs, LLC reserves the right to modify any terms, guidelines, or
disclaimers at any time without prior notice. Failure to comply with these terms will result in
automatic account deactivation without restitution.
